A 21 year old Speyside single malt from Glenfarclas, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made without added colour and without chill filtration.
The whisky was matured fully in Oloroso sherry casks, both first fill and refill. The colour is a rich golden amber.
The nose is complex and sherried, with light butterscotch and a hint of dried fruit. The palate is full-bodied, balancing sherried sweetness with malty tones. The finish is long, sherried and sweet.
