Glenglassaugh – 12 Year Old (70cl, 45%)

Glenglassaugh 12 Years Old is a single malt from the distillery's coastal range, matured in bourbon, sherry and red wine casks. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle and is a luminous gold in colour. The expression takes its inspiration from the Aurora Borealis, the northern lights that can be seen in the sky above the distillery. The nose is sweet, with ripe apricot and fig, toasted vanilla and tropical flora. On the palate come candied pistachio, date and fig, followed by morello cherry and whipped cream.
