This is a 12 year old Glenglassaugh single malt in a 70cl bottle. Its release marks a milestone for the distillery, which restarted production in 2008 after two decades of silence.
Many casks have been filled since then and have matured quietly in the warehouses. This whisky is one result of that work, composed by Master Blender Rachel Barrie from a mix of bourbon, sherry and wine casks.
