This is a 47 year old single malt from Glenglassaugh in the Highlands, released as Batch 3 of the Rare Cask Release. It was bottled at 46.1% ABV and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was distilled on 16 December 1968 and finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon, cask 2230. It was bottled in November 2016, and the cask gave 404 bottles. Glenglassaugh has belonged to the BenRiach Distillery Co. since 2013.
