Glenglassaugh – 2014/2025 11 Year Old St Emilion Grand Cru Red Wine Barrique Finish (70cl, 55.9%)

This is an 11 year old Highland single malt from Glenglassaugh, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 by Rare Find. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55.9% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill filtration. Part of its 11 years in cask was an 11 month finish in a first fill St Emilion Grand Cru red wine barrique. The nose is fruity, with cranberry jelly, strawberry and key lime pie. The palate is creamy, with more red fruit, rhubarb, wine gums and Chinese five spice, and the finish is long and fruity.
