A 7 year old Glenglassaugh distilled in 2015 and bottled by Dràm Mòr. It was matured in a single bourbon cask and finished in a first-fill bourbon barrel, and 180 bottles were filled.
The nose is sweet with cereal notes, warming vanilla and just a touch of freshly cut oak. The palate is fresh, very soft and oily, with a pleasant white pepper spice and hints of pineapple and honey.
In the finish come buttery popcorn, a hint of fizz, lingering sweetness, firm tannins and a trace of clove.
