Glenglassaugh – 21 Year Old Batch 2 (70cl, 46%)

This is a 21-year-old single malt from Glenglassaugh, the second batch of the bottling, presented in a teardrop-shaped decanter. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is said to combine the complexity associated with Speyside malts with a light saltiness typical of a coastal distillery. The nose is rich with sherry and hints of creamy toffee fudge. The palate is bold and distinctive, and the finish is medium in length and very pleasant.
