Glenglassaugh Evolution is a single malt from the Glenglassaugh distillery, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in ex-George Dickel Tennessee whiskey barrels, so the wood that shaped it first held Tennessee whiskey.
It is usually described as sweet and buttery, with caramelised orchard fruits and dried coconut. The overall character is smooth and rounded.
