Glenglassaugh Evolution is a Highland single malt matured in first-fill barrels that previously held George Dickel Tennessee whiskey. It is bottled by the distillery at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The first-fill wood is said to give the whisky great depth of character. It is described as sweet, buttery vanilla with caramelised pears and apples, along with earthy coconut tones, making a smooth, rounded dram.
