Glenglassaugh Evolution is a single malt matured in first-fill ex-Tennessee whiskey casks. The nose is syrupy, with sweet barley, delicate pineapple and buttery vanilla, alongside deep oak spice and caramelised pear. The palate is robust, with white pepper, green apple and fresh barley. The finish combines classic oak spice, soft fruit and fragrant vanilla pod.
