Glenglassaugh Evolution is a single malt matured in first-fill ex-Tennessee whiskey barrels. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. The nose is syrupy, with sweet barley, pineapple and buttery vanilla, then oak spice and caramelised pear. The palate brings white pepper, green apple and cracked barley, followed by salted caramel, ripe banana and fruit salad syrup. The finish combines oak spices and soft fruits with vanilla pod.
