Glenglassaugh Portsoy is a peated single malt named for the neighbouring harbour village of Portsoy and its maritime character. It is aged in sherry, bourbon and port barrels.
The nose is maritime, with tropical fruit, sherried dark soy, port, liquorice and sea kelp. The palate is full-bodied, with dark chocolate, fermented soy, charred mango, treacle and a touch of sea salt.
