Glenglassaugh Portsoy is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured in sherry, bourbon and port casks. Its full-bodied profile develops over time and is balanced by the coastal character of a peated spirit.
The nose is maritime, with tropical fruit and sherried dark soy, then port, liquorice and sea kelp. The palate is full-bodied, with dark chocolate, fermented soy, charred mango and treacle, finishing with a crack of sea salt.
