Glenglassaugh Sandend is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by the Glenglassaugh distillery itself rather than by an independent bottler. It is sold in a 70cl bottle.
Its character comes from maturation in three kinds of cask: bourbon, sherry and manzanilla. Rather than relying on one cask type, the whisky draws on all three.
It is bottled at 50.5% ABV.
