Glengoyne 10 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40%. It is unpeated, and bottled without chill filtration or added colour.
The whisky is aged for ten years in a mix of first-fill American oak and refill European oak casks. Glengoyne sits on the border between the Highlands and the Lowlands.
The nose is soft honey, orchard fruit, toasted almonds, vanilla bean and gentle citrus zest. The palate brings caramelised apple, pear, spiced malt pudding and a little toasted oak. The finish is crisp, with almond sweetness, light oak and a clean citrus note.
