Glengoyne Cask Strength is a Scottish single malt bottled at cask strength and non-chill-filtered. It is matured in first-fill European and American oak Oloroso sherry casks, together with refill casks and bourbon barrels.
The distillation is described as the slowest in Scotland. The flavour is rich, fruity and spicy, with digestive biscuits, banana, sweet sherry and spice.
