Glengoyne Legacy Chapter 3 is the third release in the distillery's Legacy Series, a single malt dedicated to Sir Arthur John Tedder, the Glengoyne exciseman who helped define whisky as it is known today.
It was bottled using American oak sherry casks from the Glengoyne warehouses. The spirit comes from what the distillery describes as the slowest stills in Scotland, and the whisky is typically described as fruity and complex in flavour.
