This is a Highland single malt from Glengoyne, matured in European and American oak and then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It is a limited edition released in 2018 solely for travel retail, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is rich and fruity, with honey, ripe apricot, fig and dark grape syrup. The palate is full and rounded, with caramelised sugar, dried fruits and citrus sweetness over soft oak and spice. The finish is long, with cocoa, citrus and a touch of white pepper.
