This is a 10 year old Lowland single malt from Glenkinchie, bottled in the 1980s in an early Classic Malts presentation. It is pale gold in colour.
The nose offers walnuts and green cider apples, with touches of grapefruit lingering in the aftertaste. On the palate, grasses and citron arrive first, followed by more malt. The finish is malty, candied and grassy.
