Glenlivet 15 Years Old French Oak Reserve is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It has been on the market since 2005.
The whisky matures first in former bourbon casks, then spends six to nine months finishing in fresh French Limousin oak casks. It has an amber-gold colour.
Tasting notes describe intense fruit and spice with light citrus on the nose. The palate offers ripe mango with a hint of cinnamon and white pepper, and the finish is lightly spicy.
