This is a 2004 Glenlivet single malt from Speyside, bottled by Signatory at a cask strength of 62.7% in a 70cl bottle. Glenlivet stands at Minmore, near Ballindalloch. George Smith founded it in 1824, making it the first distillery to take an official government licence after the Excise Act. The present site has been in use since 1858, and in 1880 the distillery won the right in court to be called The Glenlivet. It is owned today by Pernod Ricard.
