A 1975 Glenlivet single malt bottled by Signatory in its Rare Reserve range, at 55% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Glenlivet stands at Minmore near Ballindalloch in Speyside. George Smith founded it in 1824, and it was the first legal distillery to receive an official state licence. The present site has been in use since 1858, and in 1880 the distillery won the right in court to carry "The" in its name. Pernod Ricard owns it today.
