This is Glenmorangie 18 Year Old, a malt whisky of amber colour in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV.
It is matured in two stages: first in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, then in Oloroso sherry casks.
The palate is silky, soft and fruity, with caramel, honey, nuts and, naturally, oak running through it.
