Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream is a limited edition Highland single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was created by Dr Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, and inspired by ice cream and sweet treats. It belongs to the distillery's A Tale Of series.
The whisky was matured in high-vanillin and bourbon casks, chosen to bring out creamy, dessert-like aromas and flavours. It is a bright golden colour.
The nose has vanilla ice cream, honeycomb and lemon curd, with peach and coconut. The palate is creamy, with a long finish of toasted almond.
