Glenmorangie – Cadboll Estate 15 Years (70cl, 43%)

Cadboll Estate is a 15 year old single malt from Glenmorangie, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It takes a nuttier, spicier direction from the distillery's usual character. The spirit is made from Cadboll barley, mashed and distilled in tall copper stills. Dr Bill selected spirit from two separate barley harvests and matured it in American oak bourbon casks. A small portion was then finished in casks that once held Amontillado, his favourite style of sherry. The flavour leans towards hazelnut, toffee, clove and sweet spice.
