This is the second batch of Glenmorangie The Cadboll, a 15 year old single malt at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Its barley came from the Cadboll Estate, which belongs to Glenmorangie.
Maturation took place in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.
Vanilla, toasted oak, fresh cream and boiled sweets mark the nose. Orange blossom, ginger, cinnamon, poached pear and lemon zest follow on the palate.
