An 18 year old single malt from Glenmorangie, called The Infinita and shaped by Dr Bill Lumsden, the distillery's whisky maker. Glenmorangie stands in Ross-shire in the Scottish Highlands and draws its water from the Tarlogie Springs. It is described as showing different flavours from sip to sip: honeyed notes with caramelised orange, or jasmine and lemon blossom, or warm figgy richness with orange marmalade and a little campfire smoke.
