Glenmorangie The Lasanta is a 12 year old Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle. It begins its maturation in bourbon casks and is then finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, a finish that adds rich, sweet notes.
The nose is described as warm spices and dried fruit, rather like Christmas cake without the heaviness. On the palate come sweet raisins, dark chocolate and a hint of orange, followed by a long, warming finish.
