Glenmorangie – Tusail Private Edition (70cl)

Glenmorangie Tusail is a Private Edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Highlands, in a 70cl bottle. The Glenmorangie Company traces the earliest record of alcohol production at Morangie Farm to 1703. A brewery followed in the 1730s, sharing the farm's water source, the Tarlogie Spring. In 1843 William Matheson, a former distillery manager, bought the farm and converted the brewery into a distillery with two second-hand gin stills, later renaming it Glenmorangie. The Leith firm Macdonald and Muir, its main customer, bought the distillery in 1918, and the Macdonald family kept control of the company for almost 90 years.
