Glenrothes 2011 12 Year Old is a single malt bottled by Signatory as part of its Small Batch Edition, here in its second edition, at 48.2% ABV.
The whisky was matured in a combination of first-fill oloroso casks and ex-bourbon casks. The nose has mille feuille, sultana and ground cinnamon, and the palate brings shortbread, black pepper and chestnuts.
