A ten-year-old Speyside single malt from Glenrothes, distilled in 2013 and bottled by Duncan Taylor in its Battlehill series at 46% ABV.
The nose offers sweet, ripe melon, fresh vanilla and a creamy note. On the palate there is warm apple tart with vanilla custard, nutmeg, cinnamon and a good malty body. The finish is delicate, sweet and fruity, with a gentle spiced warmth.
