A 14 year old Glentauchers from Gordon & MacPhail's Spirit of Scotland series, which has been revived after more than ten years. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2025 at 64.4% abv, in a 70cl bottle. Only 602 bottles were filled.
The whisky was matured in a refill sherry butt.
The nose offers candied lemon and stewed apple. The palate starts sweet and soft, with stewed pear, vanilla caramel, lime and wood. The finish is peppery, with lime and a hint of tobacco.
