Glenturret 12 Year Old Ovation is a Highland single malt made from peated malted barley and matured for twelve years in sherry-seasoned casks. It is a Germany exclusive edition, bottled at 47% ABV.
The nose shows citrus, toffee apples and ripe orchard fruit, with light spice and a little smoke. The palate is rich with sherry sweetness, dried fruit and toffee, and the smoke stays in the background. The finish is long, with dried fruit and a hint of smoke, growing drier as it fades.
