Glenturret 15 Years is a Highland single malt from the 2024 release, bottled at 50.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in second-fill casks, which give a gentler oak influence and let the character of the spirit come forward.
The whisky is natural colour and not chill-filtered. Lemon zest, toffee and apple sit alongside a little spice.
The nose offers citrus, vanilla, toffee and some honey. On the palate come raisins, candied apple, tropical fruit and preserved peach with a hint of coconut. The finish is long, warm, spicy and fruity.
