Glenturret – Eclosion European Oak PX Sherry Casks Limited Edition (46.2%)

Glenturret Eclosion is a limited edition Highland single malt, bottled at 46.2% ABV. It is matured mainly in European oak Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, with a single American oak puncheon added to the vatting. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The name means unfolding or emerging. The European oak casks give the malt structure, depth and a warm base, while the American oak puncheon brings a brighter accent of sweetness and lively fruit against that darker background.
