It was matured predominantly in European oak PX sherry casks.
The distillery describes a nose of bright pineapple and citrus compote with vanilla cream and ginger-spiced oak. The palate opens with citrus fruits, more pineapple and a hint of orange oil, then soft oak dusted with cinnamon. The finish is warming and fruit-led, with well-integrated oak.
