A 12-year-old peated single malt from Glenturret, bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle without added colour. It spent its whole maturation in European oak sherry casks.
Ovation was created for a 50th anniversary and is the first Glenturret original bottling made exclusively for the German market. The distillery stopped working with peated malt in 2025.
The nose has bright citrus, apple with toffee sweetness and ripe garden fruit, with light spice and a little smoke. Sherry sweetness leads the palate alongside dried fruit and toffee, and the finish keeps dried fruit, fine spice and a touch of smoke.
