Glenturret Peated Edition is a single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It combines unpeated Glenturret spirit with a heavily peated spirit known as Ruadh Maor.
It is made in small batches, each drawn from fewer than 60 hand-selected casks.
The nose is peat smoke with thick citrus fruit and toffee apple, followed by vanilla and light spice. The palate is sweet and spicy, with vanilla, maturing fruit and ginger set against soft oak and peat that deepens into smokiness. The finish is mouth-coating, soft and smoky.
