Glenturret Triple Wood is a Highland single malt, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in three types of cask: sherry casks of American oak, sherry casks of European oak and bourbon casks. Together they give a deep golden colour.
Sweet fruit and caramel come with ginger cake and vanilla, alongside aged oak and light spice. The nose is sweet, with a little vanilla and orange. On the palate it stays sweet, with cinnamon, marzipan and a touch of coconut, and the finish is long, with a hint of oak.
