It is bottled in its natural colour. The Discovery range is meant as an introduction to the differences between bourbon, sherry and peated whisky. The nose is typically described as fresh vanilla and pear with floral touches of elderflower and apple blossom. The palate is sweet, with peach, banana and a touch of vanilla. The finish is smooth and long, with charred oak.
