Grant's Triple Wood Blended Scotch Whisky (1L, 40%)

Grant's Triple Wood is a blended Scotch whisky in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 40%. It comes from the Grant family, who have been making whisky since 1887. The blend is matured in three kinds of oak: virgin oak, American oak and refill bourbon barrels. The virgin oak adds a spicy robustness, the American oak a smooth vanilla sweetness, and the bourbon barrels a mellow brown sugar richness. On the palate it is described as smooth and rich, with ripe pear, vanilla, caramel and soft malt, along with subtle spice and gentle oak warmth.
