An Italian grappa produced by Distilleria Villa Cardea, distilled from selected pomace in copper stills using traditional methods.
It is aged in barrique, where the original fruity notes of the pomace blend with vanilla, chocolate and sweet spices. The wood softens the body and gives a balanced structure. On the palate it is soft and pleasant, with a long, persistent finish and a pleasant warmth.
It is suited to the end of a meal, perhaps with dark chocolate or a cigar.
