A grappa made from selected pomace, distilled by traditional methods and matured for 18 months in wooden casks. The aroma combines dried fruit, vanilla, spice and toasted wood with a light, pleasant bitter note. On the palate it is round and warm, balanced between sweetness and gentle alcoholic bite, with a long, pleasant persistence. It pairs well with dark chocolate desserts and aged cheeses, or as a meditation drink.
