Greatdrams Girvan 14 Year Old 2007 (50cl)

A 14 year old single grain whisky from Girvan, distilled in 2007 and bottled independently by Greatdrams in a 50cl bottle. Girvan distillery was built in 1963 by William Grant & Sons, after a disagreement with DCL ended the supply of grain for the Standfast blend. It was built and running within nine months, and the first spirit ran on Christmas Day. It still supplies grain for the Grant's blends and has also been sold as a single grain, first as Black Barrel and later as Girvan Patent Still.
