Green River Full Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon (58.6%)

Green River Full Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 58.65% ABV. It is a blend of barrels aged between five and seven years, taken from the distillery's tile warehouses in Owensboro. The mash bill is 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley, the same as Green River Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The high rye content gives a robust spice, balanced by the sweetness of the corn and barley. On the nose it shows cinnamon, dried cherry and light leather. The palate brings warming spice, vanilla, caramel and chocolate-coated peppermints.
