Organic white wine certified DOP, combining Grillo and Chardonnay. The nose offers ripe citrus, white flowers, white peach, a light tropical note and a mineral lift. The palate is balanced and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and savouriness, imperceptible tannin and pleasant persistence, ending cleanly. It suits seafood starters, baked fish, seasonal salads and fresh cheeses.
