Grillo Sicilia Bio DOP from Corte Camarì is an organic white wine. In the glass it is bright straw yellow; on the nose it shows ripe citrus, white flowers and a light herbaceous trace, with a clean, direct profile. The palate has Mediterranean freshness and savouriness, a slender but present structure and good acidity, closing with a savoury, persistent citrus return. It is best drunk young, with Mediterranean fish dishes, shellfish, summer salads, legume dishes and fresh cheeses, or as an aperitif. Serve cold but not iced.
