Heaven Hill – Distillery 90th Anniversary 9 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 53.5%)

This is a nine-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon released for the 90th anniversary of Heaven Hill Distillery, marking nine decades of the distillery's history. It is a limited edition, bottled at 107 proof (53.5%) in a 75cl bottle. The bourbon is aged and blended to show the house profile of rich sweetness and oak, with a full body. On the nose there is caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, light spice and honey. The palate brings rich caramel, brown sugar, baking spice, oak and a little fruit, and the finish is long and smooth, with lingering sweetness, oak and gentle spice.
