Heaven's Door – 10 Years Decades Series #2 Straight Rye (75cl, 50%)

Decades Series #2 is a ten-year-old straight rye from Heaven's Door, the brand created by Bob Dylan with Marc Bushala, founder of Angel's Envy. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The Decades Series is a limited range of Heaven's Door whiskeys matured for at least ten years. This one has a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The nose brings rye bread, spice, dried fruit, raisins, dates, vanilla and caramel. On the palate are spice, pepper, dark chocolate, coffee and oak. The finish is long, with spice, wood and tobacco.
