Heaven's Door Exploration Series 1 is a limited edition Tennessee whiskey, finished in French Calvados casks after maturing in new oak.
The pairing of new oak and Calvados casks gives a full, complex flavour, with the apple character of the Calvados coming through gently on the palate. It balances fruit, freshness and rich sweetness.
The flavour brings apple, brown sugar, caramel and pastry.
